(“HADISATALIM”) through the LetsSellApp mobile application and related digital platforms for the purposes of:

Improving the technical infrastructure and user experience of the application,

Sharing limited outputs with my employer or authorized representatives solely for the purpose of improving sales processes,

Sharing data with domestic and international service providers for information technologies, artificial intelligence, data analytics, cloud computing and consultancy services.
My personal data shall be retained for the period required by the relevant legislation or as long as necessary for the purposes of processing and shall be deleted, destroyed or anonymized upon expiration of such period.
Processing of my personal data is based on my explicit consent, the necessity for the establishment and performance of a contract, and the legitimate interests of the data controller pursuant to Article 5 of the KVKK.
