This Information Notice has been prepared pursuant to Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) by Hadisatalım Biz Elektronik Ticaret ve Pazarlama Hizmetleri A.Ş. (“HADISATALIM”) acting as the data controller.
This notice applies to sales representatives, employees and users who use the LetsSellApp mobile application and related digital platforms.

• Visual and Audio Records: Audio recordings, texts and transcripts of sales interactions
• Employee Performance Data: Sales performance, competency, scoring, analysis and evaluation data
• Professional Experience Data: Records related to training, coaching and mentoring processes, competency assessment records
No special categories of personal data are processed within the scope of LetsSellApp.
3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
• Creating and managing user accounts
• Analyzing sales interactions
• Measuring and improving sales performance
• Planning and conducting training, coaching and mentoring activities
• Improving application infrastructure and ensuring security and system continuity
4. Legal Grounds for Processing
Personal data are processed pursuant to Article 5 of KVKK based on:
• Necessity for the establishment and performance of a contract
• Legitimate interests of the data controller
• Explicit consent, where required
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Personal data may be transferred, in compliance with KVKK, to:
• Employers or authorized representatives solely for the purpose of improving sales processes
• Domestic and international service providers for IT, artificial intelligence, data analytics, cloud computing and consultancy services
• Legally authorized public authorities
6. Retention Period
Personal data are retained for a maximum period of 5 years following the termination of LetsSellApp usage and are deleted, destroyed or anonymized thereafter in accordance with KVKK and applicable legislation.
7. Cookies
Cookies are used on the LetsSellApp website and mobile application.

8. Rights of Data Subjects
Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, data subjects have the right to:
• Learn whether their personal data is processed
• Request information regarding processing
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in accordance with such purpose
• Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred
• Request correction, deletion or destruction of personal data
• Object to adverse outcomes resulting from automated processing
• Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing
